My package arrived damaged, what should I do?
Did your order arrive looking a little beat up? Hopefully the contents inside should be okay, as we ensure all items are protected within the package, but you should still let the courier know that you’ve noticed the damage at the door. If you are offered a slip to sign, make sure you note that the parcel was damaged upon receipt, otherwise tell the driver the package is damaged. Once you’ve accepted the package, check the contents. If any of the products look like they’ve been damaged due to the package getting a little battered along the way, visit our contact page and send us an email. We’ll make sure to fix the problem.

Oh no! Send us a message from our contact page including your order number and details about what you’re missing and we’ll make sure a replacement is sent out to you as soon as possible.

Where's my order? I didn't receive it.
Have you checked the tracking number sent to you when your order shipped? If the tracking shows as "Delivered" please check to see if the delivery person left the package in a secure area outside your door, or maybe it was left with a neighbor. If you are unable to locate the package or the tracking shows it maybe lost please visit our contact page and send us an email with your order number and all the details you might have.
